This is a huge fun & learning experience for kids between 10 and 18 years of age!

Your Community Sailing School at Prince Edward Yacht Club in Picton, has run such a Camp for over 30 years. Our harbour is an ideal location for new sailors due to its land protection, and gentle wave action.

You may drop your applications off at the Club during business hours (3 – 7 pm Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs. – 2 – 8 pm Fri. – 2 – 6 pm Sat. – Closed on Sunday), or mail them to: PEYC – 30 Fairfield St Picton ON K0K 2T0.

CAMPS: this summer July 30, and August weeks beginning 6, 13 & 20 – on our upgraded fleet of 420′s ! All our Instructors are CYA certified, and are well versed in Safety and First Aid. While many of our students come from the County of Prince Edward, we also have students from other Provinces and Countries. Grandparents find that a gift of a Sailing Camp week is a wonderful way to give the kids a new skill, yet give them something constructive to do while they are visiting.

Some of our students have advanced to being Head Instructors of sailing schools as far away as Australia and Europe. Often our students return as adults to become members of the Yacht Club and sail their own boats, or those of friends. The Yacht Club also has a lively racing program that welcomes the students as crew on their boats. Our volunteers work hard to ensure a  successful sailing season.

If this is your first year please start with White Sail I. All other applicants please use the appropriate form relative to your child’s accomplishments! White sail courses only are available this year.
