Throw out the Mini-Wheats

Kellogg’s has recalled its Mini-Wheats cereal due to the possible presence of fragments of flexible metal mesh from a faulty manufacturing part.
About three million boxes of the cereal are being recalled in Canada, the United States and Mexico.
Impacted products in Canada include:
• Kellogg’s Mini-Wheats Original Frosted cereal – ALL Size/UPCs with Retail Carton Best Before dates starting 2013 AL 01 to 2013 JL 29
• Kellogg’s Mini-Wheats Brown Sugar Flavour Frosted cereal – ALL Size/UPCs with Retail Carton Best Before dates starting 2013 AL 01 to 2013 JL 29
No other Kellogg products are part of this recall.
Concerned consumers in Canada can call Kellogg’s at 1-888-876-3750. The line is open between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
