Community shows it will ‘Forget Me Not’

Giant Tiger manager Mike Payette presents $1,600 raised from the Picton store’s Coffee Break fundraiser for the Prince Edward Alzheimer Society to executive director Linda Jackson and president Jon Leavens.  The Coffee Break point of sale promotion was supported by Giant Tiger customers throughout September. Ruth Lounsberry, as the store’s top promoter of the program, received newly designed Forget Me Not earrings and necklace. The beautiful jewellery is now available to the public for $22 for each piece. Funds raised support the local society’s programs and services in the County. The jewellery is available at the Alzheimer Office at 90 King St, Picton or by calling  613-476-2085.
